No, if you have made a mistake you will have to purchase the extra images you are wanting or purchase the whole gallery. We can't stress this enough please choose your images carefully and make sure that is the image you want before downloading.

Yes, provided we have a session open that suits that we can move you too, the deposit will be moved over to the new date. However if you cancel the deposit is none refundable and can't be moved to next years bookings.
No, this is not possible due to our contract and it messing up our system with names and emails. There are no refunds of deposits or moving your deposit to next year if you can no longer make your session. We may be able to move you to a new date depending on availability.
No, We do not give out raw images under any circumstances, this isn't just for Santa sessions it is for all our sessions like Newborn, Family, Weddings ect.
We have a standard edit we use for all our Santa photos as our unique style, however If you would like a little less editing please mention this on the day of your session Not after.
You can either book a composite session or if you email us BEFORE your session we can organise Santa to not be in the studio.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to book a composite session we only do these on specific dates we can not do these on a Santa session day as we have to have everything the exact same position like decorations ect as we photoshop Santa into these. If you would like Santa to not be there for your session this needs to be organised prior to your arrival NOT just before you walk in.

We have to start the timer at the exact time you have booked for due to clients after you. We will text you if you are not there at the start time to see how long you will be.
PLEASE NOTE: If there is only 10 minutes on your timer and you are still not there you will forfeit your session and you will lose your deposit money and have to rebook a session if we have availability and you will have to pay another deposit, we do not transfer deposit money or take it off your final balance if you are late. Please allow enough time in case of traffic ect and arrive 10 minutes before your sessions.
That's okay, You can bring cash back however we can not do sneak peeks or send your photos until the cash has been dropped back off at the studio, Please organise with your photographer when will be a good time to drop the cash off.
No, please mention to photographer that you would like extra photos (if you have an idea on what you would like please mention to your photographer at the start of your session). You may then purchase your extra photos in your galley when your photos are ready.
Yes, we give the children a lollie and chocolate at the end of the session if the guardian says it is okay. We also give the dogs a doggy bag of treats if you bring your dog/s
You may book back to back sessions to give you 30 minutes deepening on availability. If you need help or can't find any sessions that allow you to book back to back please email us and we can see if we are able to help.
We highly recommend booking back to back sessions to allow time for this. It is impossible to get more then one family in one session due to the time especially if you have young children. Please email us if you have trouble finding back to back sessions and if we have any available we will be able to help.
Absolutely, it is an extra $10 per pet on the day in cash.
Yes, you may add extra add ons on the day like digital snowgloble, grinch photo ect but you will need to let your photographer know at the start of your session. We can not add digital add ons after your session has been as we need specific poses on the day like individual photos ect. You may then purchase these later at $10 each in your gallery.
No, we do not allow card payments or bank transfers. We are CASH ONLY
No, due to everyone's schedule and it changing last minute sometimes due to family emergencies we can not guarantee a specific Santa or photographer.

As our contract we can't guarantee that children will cooperate this may mean that you might not get those photos you exactly wanted or the amount in your package but we will do everything we can to achieve what you would like. Your session is strictly 15 minutes only we can not go over this time due to sessions after yours.
If you have missed your time slot but you have still arrived there is nothing we can do about this you have forfeited your session and your deposit money. You will have to re book if we have availability and pay another deposit
Please email us and we will do the best we can to post pone your session if we have availability. We will also transfer your deposit money over to your session if you let us know prior. Please do not come to your session if you are sick in any way. Our workers have young children as well and can't risk anyone including our other Santa clients getting sick. If your child or anyone has a runny nose and you attend your session we will turn you away and you will forfeit your session.
It takes 14 days for you to receive your gallery by email (not including the day of your session) If it has been 14 days since your session and you have not received your gallery please check your junk folder in emails and then if you still can't find your gallery please email us.
If you can't find your Santa session date please check your email for the confirmation email including your junk folder. If still unable to find please email us and we can re send your booking
No, We do not have toilets at the studio. Please use the toilet prior to coming or there is public toilets around the corner as well as servos and fast food restaurants please google for locations of these. We can not allow anyone to use the inside house toilets under any circumstances due to our privacy and we also have small children who have ASD. Our families safety is priority
All galleries expire and get permanently removed on January 14th of the next year. After this date we can not access anyones photos so please back them up
No, it takes a full 14 days not including the day of your session to edit and send your gallery. Please book a Photo Booth session if you would like them before Christmas. Please see Session types for more info on our Photo Booth sessions.
Absolutely, You order your prints after you have received your gallery. You order these through the shop in your gallery and they get sent straight to your door. We use a professional print shop through shootproof.
Santa can do any pose you wish please see our gallery for examples and they do not cost extra unless you have booked a composite session then Santa poses are $10 extra on top of your 4 free ones
